Frequently asked questions

All our products are made from 100% pure organic cotton and are characterized by the characteristic soft muslin structure.
Our range also includes OEKO-TEX®-certified and some GOTS-certified muslin products, which stand for the highest standards of quality, sustainability and skin compatibility. Wherever possible, we use 100% organic muslin cotton.

To keep your favorite muslin pieces beautiful for a long time, please note the following tips:

>>> Clothing made from muslin
You can wash our garments at 30 °C on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
Afterwards, it is best to leave them to air dry. Please do not use the tumble dryer to dry the clothes.
The best thing about it: muslin cotton is 100% non-iron, so the typical, slightly crinkled texture is wonderfully retained.

>>> Bed linen & blankets made of muslin
Our muslin bed linen and blankets can be washed at 60 °C on a gentle cycle and also left to air dry.
If you still want to tumble dry your pure organic cotton muslin bed linen, please select the gentle cycle.

Here too, ironing is not necessary and is not recommended. This preserves the characteristic muslin structure.

With every wash and wear, your favorite cotton muslin becomes even softer and develops its beautiful, typical muslin texture.

Our Miss Musselin Our own collection is produced in a small factory in Portugal. Here we produce everything from delicate muslin blouses to cozy muslin jackets. You are guaranteed to find your favorite piece for every day.

Muslin is a particularly soft and breathable fabric that feels wonderfully light on the skin. Thanks to its airy structure made of finely woven pure cotton, it regulates the temperature in a natural way, cooling in summer and providing warmth in winter.
This means that muslin is not only a real feel-good material for clothing, but also perfect for bed linen. Muslin is always pleasant to the touch, whether the days are warm or cool, and becomes even softer and cuddlier with every wash.
