1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
By placing an order on www.miss-musselin.ch, you accept the General Terms and Conditions between you and OCEAN FRIENDS AG (hereinafter referred to as "miss-musselin.ch" or "we/us"). These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the purchase of products via the online store www.miss-musselin.ch.
2. ORDER
Only use the miss-musselin.ch online store for orders. Orders by telephone, letter, fax or e-mail are excluded and will not be processed.
3. DELIVERY
We deliver throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The goods are delivered directly to the specified address. The delivery time within Switzerland is normally 1-2 working days. Cash on delivery is not offered.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
We charge a shipping fee of CHF 10.50 per order. There is no minimum order value. For orders over CHF 150.00 the shipping costs are waived.
5. STOCK
It is possible that the goods are no longer available when the order is received. In this case, the item on the order will be canceled and you will be informed by e-mail. Unavailable goods cannot be reserved. Claims for damages due to late or non-delivery are excluded. Payments already made will be refunded.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is made via Twint, Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal. We may require payment in advance or refuse the desired payment method without giving reasons.
7. DISCOUNTS/REBATES
Direct discounts/vouchers cannot be combined with other direct discounts/vouchers.
8. VALUE ADDED TAX
All prices include value added tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.
9TH WARRANTY
Please report material or manufacturer defects to our customer service department within 10 calendar days of receipt of the goods in writing by post (see section 10) or by e-mail (hello@miss-musselin.ch) with the NOTICE: "Notice of defects". Defective items must be noted and described on the delivery bill when returned. We accept no liability for material or manufacturer defects reported later.
10. RIGHT OF RETURN
Ordered items can be returned in their original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt. We only accept returns of intact, unworn and undamaged items with original labels and hangtags. If we determine that the goods have deteriorated, we are entitled to retain a portion of the purchase price paid, which we will determine at our discretion. The return shipment is at your expense and the date of the postmark is binding for the return.

11. IMAGE AND TEXT RIGHTS
All image, sound and text rights used on the webshop are the property of OCEAN FRIENDS AG or the respective partners. Use of any kind without our express consent is strictly prohibited.
12. DATA PROTECTION
You agree that your data may be registered and processed in the database of OCEAN FRIENDS AG or its authorized partner companies. At the same time, you allow us to use your data for internal marketing purposes. Our website uses an analytics tool for optimization and to achieve the best possible customer benefit. You are personally responsible for your login data (incl. password) and the orders placed with it. Therefore, make sure that you do not pass on your login details to third parties. Particularly sensitive data is transmitted securely using encrypted transmission (SSL).
13. APPLICABLE LAW, PLACE OF JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions and the use of the online store are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne.
