There you can easily select which items you want to return and register your return step by step.

You can return the muslin products you have purchased to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery. Please ensure that the items are in perfect, unworn condition and show no signs of use.
Once you have registered your return on our website, you will receive the return label by email. This allows you to return your package to us easily and conveniently.

In the event of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs.
If you return your package using our return label, you will be charged CHF 8.50 for the return shipping. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.


We carefully inspect every return to ensure that the item is in perfect condition and can be resold.

Your money will be refunded to you via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the goods.
