Report to your Customer account on our website and open your order overview.
There you can easily select which items you would like to return and register your return step by step.

You can return the purchased muslin products to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery. Please make sure that the items are in perfect, unworn condition and show no signs of wear.
As soon as you have registered your return on our website, you will receive the return label by email. You can use this to send your parcel back to us easily and conveniently.

In the event of a return, you as the customer bear the shipping costs.
If you return your package with our return label, you will be charged CHF 8.50 for the return shipping. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.


We check every return with great care to ensure that the item is in perfect condition and can be resold.

Your money will be refunded to you via the original payment method within 7 working days once we have received the goods from you and checked them.

If your Miss Musselin product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the affected item by e-mail to hello@miss-musselin.ch so that we can take care of it quickly.
